Stopped in for an iced latte , I got to say I really enjoyed the coffee , the flavor , I loved it, the service was exceptional. Exceptional with the great recommendations. The size of the drinks is just a little small for a coffee lover like me. The large is more of a medium and the small is pretty small. I liked the flavor, for the price the size doesn’t match. Would come back on flavor and coffee and service . Excellent spot
My favorite cycling cafe!! We make this pit stop on our weekend rides. The coffee is great (we even buy the beans to brew at home) but they have all you need to re charge battery to continue your ride.
I did not realize that this place was a cyclist hot spot. I am not a cyclist, just a coffee drinker. The drip was bitter; the latte was good. Every single espresso drink is only two shots. So the bigger the size, the more milk. The sizes and prices are similar to many coffee bars in Fulton Market- this was surprising for a suburban coffee shop. They have donuts to eat. That’s it.
Tala Coffee Roasters was very nice!
The entire “former firehouse” experience gives the sense of openness and fresh air.
The cappuccino was lovely as well as my double shot of espresso.
My partner and I sat outside on a beautiful Sunday morning people watching and I will certainly be back!
Fire station turned into coffee shop. Good coffee. Friendly people. Nice ambience. Lot of indoor and outdoor seating
I’m super glad I found this local coffee place. Tried their mermaid latte. It was really good and customer service on point too ! Great designed atmosphere with good quality of strong espresso! For my next time visit I’m looking forward to try the cappuccino 🫶
Amazing! Super friendly staff + cool vibes. Plenty of outdoor seating. You will be in love after your 1st visit! Iced latte + honey = AMAZING
Best coffee I’ve ever had in my life (mother agrees and has been drinking a pot a day for 40 years). I tried The Mermaid - kind of expecting it to be overly sweet and syrupy. I think I’ve been more skeptical lately and felt “there’s no way they make such beautiful coffee art AND have mastered the art of making the most delicious coffee.”
My goodness - it is PERFECTION. A little salty and not too sweet, coffee is the star of the drink as it should be. The level of excellence in the drinks, staff and ambiance of this place is high and it shows. Wonderful attention to detail and addition to the community. Also, so great to have so many lovely vegan options here - husband tried the biscotti and one of the three vegan muffins offered and we noticed the to go oatmeal were also all vegan. I rarely leave reviews but this place - 10/10. Go here!
